Job Description

Kearney is searching for a suitable candidate for the position of an HR Intern on the Global Performance Management Team, based in Prague.

Students at any stage of their studies, also first year students, are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicants with interest in a long term cooperation.

 

Key responsibilities

Assisting the Global HR team with:

   Downloading and archiving performance forms

   Data tracking / compliance reports for performance evaluation processes

   Updates to internal websites

   Preparation of global promotion announcements, etc..

   Preparing MS PowerPoint presentations

   Covering administrative tasks

 

Key Requirements

   Fluency in English

   Good knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel, ability to track data and prepare simple reports

   Knowledge of other MS Office programs is an advantage

   Open-minded, able to work with people from different countries

   Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

   Highly motivated and proactive team player who is eager to learn and develop

   Highly reliable and trustworthy

   Confident, flexible, with high attention to details
